Field Trips

If you would like to schedule a field trip, please do the following:

The best way to do this is to schedule it at your convenience and put a sign-up sheet at gym. Keep an eye out for interesting trips and feel free to set up a field trip yourself. It’s easy and fun! To set up a field trip

1. find out the minimum & maximum number of children
2. make sure the hosts understand that as homeschoolers we have mixed-aged children and may have toddlers & babies with us
3. check if strollers are allowed or not
4. find out the cost per person, per child, or per student
5. set up a date & time that is good for your family to attend and the last date someone can RSVP to you
6. send the info to jenn at highlanddove dot org to post on the blog

- Please remind your children of expected behavior in businesses, etc. We may be the first contact some people have with homeschoolers. Please be sure to send a thank you note after you've gone on a field trip. Some have a cost, some may be free.
